精密光学加工与检测

该研究方向建有上海市超精密光学制造工程研究中心,拥有单点金刚钻等先进精密光学加工与检测设备。中心致力于发展新型高端光学制造平台,解决大尺寸任意曲面与复杂结构光学元件的加工与光学检测难题。中心承担了一系列国家重大课题,如总经费1.2亿的02重大专项“IC装备超精密光学零部件制造技术研发和平台建设”。在精密光学制造与检测领域处于国内领先水平。

 Precision Optical Manufacture and Metrology: The research team is affiliated with Shanghai Ultra-Precision Optical Manufacturing Engineering Center in OSE. The center is equipped with many advanced optical manufacture and metrology instruments, including single-point diamond turning. The center commits to develop novel high-end optical manufacture platform, and to solve the challenging problems of manufacturing and diagnosing large scale free-form optical elements. The center has undertaken a series of major optical manufacture projects in China, such as “Development of manufacturing technology of ultra-precision optical element for IC equipments” with total funds of 120 million Yuan (about 20 million US dollars). The research in precision optical manufacture and metrology takes the national lead.
