光生物医学

发挥光学非接触和微创无创特点,发展光学影像和传感及治疗新技术。目前研究方向包括:(1)共焦/双光子荧光显微成像和时间分辨的荧光光谱检测在生物中的应用;(2)纳米荧光探针在生物医学研究中的应用;(3)超高灵敏度光生物微流传感;(4)癌症的早期诊断、靶向性载药和光动力治疗。这些领域的研究成果在Journal of American Chemical Society, Small, ACS Nano, Applied Physics Letters等期刊发表了一系列论文。

Biophotonics and Biomedical optics:  We focus is on the developments and applications of optical imaging, biosensing and therapy based on non-contact and non-invasive optical methods. The research fields include: (1) Imaging by confocal or multi-photon excitation microscopy and the time-resolved fluorescent spectra in biology; (2) Applications of fluorescent nanomaterials in biology and medicine; (3) Utralsensitive label-free biosensing; (4) Early diagnosis of cancer, targeted medicine delivery and photodynamic therapy. The research team in this direction has published articles in Journal of American Chemical Society, Small, ACS Nano, and Applied Physics Letters.
