一.研究背景和方向

        现代光电子技术的发展建立在先进的光电子理论和光电子元器件基础之上,具有优异性能的光电子功能材料是制作先进光电子元器件的基础,而性能优异的光电子功能材料的制备有赖于先进的材料制备技术。激光和低温等离子体以及各种载能源为当今的材料研究和制备领域提供了有效手段,在光电子功能材料的制备技术上的应用日益广泛,而激光对物质的作用机理、等离子体特性及基本过程的深入了解则是激光和等离子体技术应用的基础。基于上述研究背景,课题组的主要研究方向和内容为:

  • 等离子体的产生、特性和应用 — 采用气体放电和激光激励等多种手段引发等离子体,研究气体放电等离子体和激光激励等离子体以及气体放电和激光激励共同作用引发的混合等离子体的基本过程和特性,包括等离子体的时空演变、等离子体中活性粒子的行为和气相反应等;
  • 激光、等离子体等载能源对材料的作用过程和机理 — 研究激光辐射与物质之间的相互作用、材料表面附近的等离子体鞘层特性、激光辐照作用下和等离子体环境中材料表面及附近粒子的状态和行为以及激光和等离子体对材料的作用过程和机理;
  • 光电子功能材料的制备、性质研究和应用探索 — 摸索和发展基于激光和低温等离子体及多种技术结合的材料制备和处理方法,以II-VI 族化合物、III族氮化物、金属氧化物、Si基发光材料以及CN等碳基材料为主要对象,进行光电子功能材料的制备和性质研究以及应用探索,诸如基于纳米结构的有机/无机复合太阳能电池的制作和性能研究。

 

二.研究条件和资源

实验室位于兴业光学楼一楼,主要实验设备有:

  • 调Q Nd:YAG脉冲激光器三台(Continuum)
  • He-Cd激光器一台(Melles Griot)
  • 高速ICCD两台(Princeton Instruments,Andor Technology)
  • 氦循环低温装置二台(Arscryo, Air Products)
  • ECR-PLA等离子体源和ECR等离子体辅助脉冲激光沉积装置一台(自行研制建立)
  • 原子束源、等离子体化学气相沉积和原子束辅助脉冲激光沉积装置一台(自行研制建立)
  • 离子束辅助脉冲激光沉积装置一台(沈阳科学仪器厂)
  • 脉冲激光烧蚀和光沉积装置一台(自行研制)
  • 时空分辨等离子体光谱测量系统套(自行配套建立)
  • 稳态和时间分辨PL测量系统(自行配套建立)
  • LIBS实验系统(自行配套建立)
