陆明教授课题组

  陆明教授课题组主要从事硅量子点发光、硅基光源以及宽谱硅太阳电池研究。研究工作针对硅光电子学中的实用硅光源以及超高效硅太阳电池的研发,将服务于我国的集成光电子以及光伏产业。课题组于2002年组建至今,发表SCI论文70余篇,获得国家发明专利3项,应邀参与编写外文专著1部,获得国家项目10余项。
